Shipping & Returns
For now, DrinkCo ships Good Spirits merchandise to locations within the continental United States, and not to international locations, Alaska or Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Please allow 48 - 72 hours for order processing done Weekdays 9am to 5 pm EST. Online orders placed Saturday or Sunday are subject to longer processing times.
Currently all merchandise is shipped UPS.
Customer Service: 9am - 4pm EST
- All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
- No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise.
- 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns unless Good Spirits is at fault.
- Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or products are reshipment.
